1. Dog Behavior Policy:

• All dogs must exhibit non-aggressive behavior towards humans and othe dogs. We prioritize the safety and  well-being of all our guests and staff members.

1. New Customer Visits:
   • Before your dog's first stay with us, we kindly request that you and your furry friend come for a visit. Please call us to schedule a tour if you're considering boarding your pup.

   
   

1. Vaccination Requirements:

• We require all dogs to have up-to-date standard vaccinations. Additionally, we strongly recommend the       Bordatella vaccine (kennel cough)for the health and safety of all our guests. 

1. Fecal Test Requirement:

• Each dog must have had a negative fecal test, including screening for Giardia and worms, within 90 days of their stay to ensure a healthy environment for all our canine friends.

1. Kennel Cough and Flu Vaccinations:

• Kennel cough and flu vaccinations are at the discretion of the owner and their veterinarian.  While these vaccines provide protection, please be aware that dogs can still contract these viruses. Similar to how children may catch colds or  the flu in school, there is no way to completely eliminate the risk of exposure to these viruses in communal settings. Rest assured, we take stringent cleanliness measures, including weekly field sanitation,  thorough room and bedding cleaning, daily bowl washing, and providing       excellent ventilation with air cleaners to minimize the spread of  illnesses among our guests.
